ISO 9001 is the world's most respected quality management system used by millions of companies in over 170 countries

As anyone who is involved with the standard will be aware it's principle objective is customer focused to ensure that organisations provide enhanced customer satisfaction through a process of meeting customer requirements.

A key element of this is for organisations to obtain customer feedback. At GRCUK this is done through a process of  submitting customer questionaires at the end of each contract. Responses are carefully measured and appropriate improvements made.

We are please to report that average customer feedback for the period 1st January 2012 - 30th June 2012 sits at 92%. All out team has contributed to this overall perception of the products and services provided to our customers
