GRCA Chairman

GRCUK Managing Director Bob Faulding was recently re-elected as Chairman of the International Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete Association (GRCA)

The GRCA is the world's leading trade association for manufacturers, suppliers, consultants and others interested in the GRCA industry. With members in over 23 countries as far apart as China and the USA the GRC is based at the Concrete Society in Camberley Surrey.

First established in 1976 to provide help and advice to the emerging GRC manufacturers and users the organisation produces technical information, sits on European Standards Committees and operates the well recognised Approved Manufactuers Scheme. The advisory service based at Camberley is now used by architects, engineers and others from all parts of the world.

For 2012 amongst other activities the association will be producing a video showcasing the use of GRC by some of the world's most respected architects.

Bob will also continue to serve on the board of the Concrete Soceity.
